Roll'em!

A big confession: I never got the hang of long tail cast on until John sent me this link to a Make video. I am a cable cast on, English knitter. It's not the most efficient way to do the thing, but it gets the job done.

Also note: probably the only materials this woman could find in Berlin to knit with was cable and cassette tape.
